“Virgen la Estrella” is a special olive oil from from Extremadura, a region of Spain where olive trees represent a large part of the vegetative landscape.
This extra virgin olive oil from the “morisca” variety, has intense notes of fruited green olives and apples. On the palate, it presents a pleasant peppery finish and low bitterness, characteristic of this particular olive variety.
Net weight: 500 grames These succulent olives come from Almendralejo, Tierra de Barros. The olive variety is “manzanilla” and it is characteristic for a fresh aroma, together with an intense and addictive flavor. These sorts of olives have fine skin and an excellent pulp texture.
Weight: 250 grames Intense and smooth paté elaborated with cured ham. It is well balanced in flavours and ideal to enjoy spread in a toast.
